Daraz's 11.11 sale is one of the main online shopping events in Pakistan each year, and electronics are a big part of it. In 2025, earbuds and smart watches were among the most-ordered items, according to Daraz's own results reported by ProPakistani. Big discounts also bring fake deals, copies and buyers who cannot return a phone they regret. This checklist helps you buy electronics in the sale without those problems.
When is 11.11?
For 2025, ProPakistani reported that the sale started at 8 p.m. on 10 November and ran until 21 November, with claims of up to 90% off, daily Rs 11 deals at 3 p.m., and free delivery on eligible orders.
We had not found an announcement for 2026 when we checked on 13 October 2026. The sale is named after 11 November, so expect it around that date, and check the Daraz app for the official schedule.
Before the sale: two weeks out
- Make a short list. Decide what you need and the most you will pay. Sales are designed to make you buy things you had not planned.
- Record normal prices. Look up each item on Daraz and at two other shops. Save screenshots with the date.
- Read the seller and product reviews. Look for recent reviews with photos, not only star ratings.
- Check the warranty type. Is it a brand warranty, a seller warranty or none? The listing should say.
- Set up payment. If you plan to use a card instalment plan, read the terms now. On Daraz's Standard Chartered plan, for example, the minimum is Rs 10,000 and a processing fee applies. Our installments guide explains how to work out the real cost.
During the sale: spotting a fake discount
- Compare with your screenshots. If the "before" price shown in the sale is higher than the price you saw two weeks ago, the real discount is smaller than it looks.
- Check the exact model and memory. A deal on a 64GB phone is not the same as one on a 128GB version.
- Be wary of "original" AirPods or smart watches at very low prices. Copies are common. See how to spot copy AirPods.
- Prefer DarazMall for expensive items. Daraz's return policy says all DarazMall items are 100% authentic, from trusted brands.
- Check the seller's rating and location, and how long they have been selling.
Phones: extra checks
- PTA status. A listing may not make it clear. Ask the seller, and check the IMEI on dirbs.pta.gov.pk or by SMS to 8484 when the phone arrives. See how to check PTA status by IMEI.
- Do not insert a SIM until you have checked everything. Daraz's policy says a phone counts as activated once a SIM card is inserted. After that, you deal with the seller or brand warranty instead of a direct Daraz return.
- Inspect it first. Check the box seal, the IMEI on the box, and that the phone powers on.
Laptops: extra checks
For laptops with a brand warranty, Daraz's policy says it accepts returns only if the laptop is dead on arrival, and change of mind is not accepted. So:
- check the specs carefully before ordering (processor, RAM, SSD, Windows or DOS)
- switch the laptop on as soon as it arrives and check the specs in Windows
- report any problem straight away
Paying safely
- Pay only inside the app or website. If a seller asks you to pay by bank transfer or a mobile wallet outside the platform, or to order through WhatsApp for a "better price", say no. You lose the platform's protection.
- Cash on delivery lets you see the parcel before paying. Ask the courier whether you may open it first, and check the outside of the box for damage and refuse it if it looks opened or crushed.
- Card payments and instalments can be easier to dispute if something goes wrong. Keep the order number and receipt.
- Watch for fake "Daraz" messages about prizes or refunds, especially during the sale. Open the app yourself rather than tapping a link.
After delivery: returns and warranty
- 14 days. Daraz's policy says a return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery for all items.
- Condition. Items must be unused and without flaws, with original packaging.
- Daraz Like New. Refurbished "Like New" phones carry a 3-month Daraz warranty, and Like New laptops and tablets 6 months, according to the policy.
- Keep everything: the box, accessories, invoice and screenshots of the listing.
